This program is for girls in Pre-K. The idea is to make this a special hour, building culture and camaraderie. These girls will have the chance to make new friends, facilitated by the coaches, and learn new sports, while playing some of the classics!
Girls will be moving and engaged the second they step in. A combination of activities will be implemented during class. Girls will leave tired and happy. A little of what to expect:
